About us
AreTlalli, we make products based onsourdough and we promote conscious eating. We return to some ancestral recipes, but we also like to experiment with new flavors and shapes, always using the best quality ingredients that are noticeable from the first bite.
We began in 2013 in the town of Tepoztlán preparing loaves of bread for neighbors and friends, also sending a small amount to Cdmx for stores and farmers markets. In 2015 it was necessary to move the bakery to Mexico City in order to meet the demand and at the same time we were rescuing some traditional recipes and innovating in others. In 2016 we incorporated sourdough into all our recipes. to ferment and raise the dough in order to offer better bread with greater health benefits. This year we want to make more known the benefits of whole wheat grain by offering new loaves. We invite you to try the variety of flavors and textures of PAN TLALLI.
